The conference is business casual attire.
There are limited cloakroom facilities. We strongly advise that you bring the minimum luggage (small handbag and coat) and that you avoid bringing any large items (sports bags, large handbags, luggage, foldable bicycles, etc.)

The closest bus/train/tube stop to the venue is Liverpool Street Station.
Tickets are fully non-refundable. We welcome substitute individuals attending in your place at no extra cost, provided that we have at least 7 days’ prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full. If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please log on to your Eventbrite account to change the name on your ticket. No. We will have a list of delegates at registration and can also accept ticket confirmation on a mobile device.
Immediately unless you choose to ‘send an invoice’ on Eventbrite. Invoiced tickets must be paid within 7 days.

Yes, you will be able to re-enter by showing the lanyard you will be provided with on arrival.
