Jillian Kowalchuk

Jillian is the Founder & CEO of Safe & The City, a crowdsourcing GPS app to identify where people feel unsafe, galvanize resources and use data to empower and drive community safety initiatives. She holds an MSc in Public Health and BA in Psychology and has worked for several years as a global public health consultant. Jillian is a founding member of FemTechTalks, which seeks to find practical methods women can overcome structural and internal barriers in tech.
